The Rooms themselves.
A screened adult and a weekly hour. Sixty minutes: arrival, stated purpose, one piece of teaching, one piece of making, publication, close. If nothing was published, the session did not happen. This door carries PATH and only PATH, and that absence is a governance decision rather than an oversight — a Room must never carry a POWER score, because scoring the people in a Room is the exact thing this standard exists to prevent being done to them.

What a Room is
The four roles
Every Room fills all four, or it is a hangout.

The gate
Twenty-two lines, cleared by the Room Keeper before session 1. Nothing here is paperwork. Each line is a gate: if it is not cleared, the Room does not open and does not appear publicly. Lines marked BB2G rule are ours and go further than the law requires.

Room Health
Four numbers about what the Room did. Not one of them is about a person in it. A Room can read badly here and every young person inside it be doing well — that is the design, not a limitation of it.

The twelve sessions
The spine. Each session names the lens it runs, the prompt it uses, what the Room leaves with, and the way it most often goes wrong. In nine of twelve, the failure mode is an adult being helpful.
The sixty minutes
Identical every week. A young person who has been to one session knows the shape of every session after it.
